Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Solunra may offer two purchase options:

1. One-Time Purchase
If you choose a one-time purchase, you will be charged once for the product selected. This option does not renew automatically.

2. Subscribe & Save
If you choose a subscription option, your order will automatically renew every month. A new shipment will be prepared and shipped monthly unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree that Solunra will automatically charge your payment method every month for your recurring order until you cancel.

Billing & Monthly Shipments

Subscription orders are billed monthly. After each monthly payment is processed, your next order will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 6–11 days after your order has been processed and shipped.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at:

Please include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your subscription.

Cancellations must be requested before your next order is billed. If your subscription order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that shipment, but we can cancel all future subscription renewals.

Future Charges

Once your subscription is canceled, you will not be charged again for future monthly shipments. Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.
